Warranty is provided by manufacturers and we do not have any right on manufacturer’s warranty terms. Our products doesn’t carry any warranty card in box. Original Tax Invoice provided by I-Maxx is treated as Warranty Card. However on-site service on certain projects will be provided by team I-Maxx. All products carry different warranty terms as per manufacturer, please refer to manufacturer’s warranty.

The service of I-Maxx Computers covers the entire West Bengal, however we supply products pan India.

The delivery period depends on the availability of stocks. However, we assure delivery within 7-15 days from the date of Order. In case of installation required by customer, time period depends on the site which can be explained after inspection of site.

As we provide on-site service, we request our Customers to provide all the administrative arrangements like Electric connection, Ladder, etc.

I-Maxx Computers being a trading company doesn’t have any liability on the tenure of manufacturer’s service. Generally it takes 15-30 days for a product to get repaired or replaced by the manufacturers.

For any burn and lighting of equipment, customer is liable to pay 100% of the material value.

I-Maxx Computers is not liable for any kind of data loss due to electrical or technical problem.

I-Maxx Computers is not liable for any kind of damage or data loss during testing or checking of materials. Our technicians are well equipped with tools and safety measures, hence Team I-Maxx should not be held responsible for any damage or loss and no commercial benefits can be provided to customers.

We do not have any tie-up with Finance companies and due to our policies, we doesn’t have Private Finance options. EMI available on Credit Card payments only by the respective banks.

Payments are expected on time as per mutual agreement with the party. I-Maxx has a standard delay period of a maximum 15 days from the date of billing. Any payment which is overdue beyond the stipulated time period, Interest will be charged 1.5% interest per month as per our policies. Avoiding or ignoring our payment terms may lead to legal action.

Being a leader in the industry, I-Maxx Computers offers a complementary service after installation. While the complementary service period is over our team encourages customers for AMC packages. Customers can also show their interest in AMC by connecting to our Helpdesk no. Our executive will share a proposal with the customer on demand.
By opting for our package a customer gets tension-free service as we provide on-site scheduled check-ups even without calls. Anonymous free check-ups are accepted during the AMC period against any complaints. For details on AMC please refer to the AMC Service page on our Website.

I-Maxx Computers strictly do not bill without Taxes. As per government rules all products and services are billed to customers with GST. In fact GST Invoice is the Warranty Card of products, any product warranty will not be accepted by OEM without Original GST Invoice. I-Maxx takes no liability of products or services if GST Invoice is not received by customer.

I-Maxx do not recommend online Marketplace purchase, as they are only marketing agencies working for some commission without physical reach from end users. At our industry after purchase of an item from an online e-Marketplace the warranty in many cases is blocked by OEM at all states due to some warranty tracking issues. For service warranty the customer have to send to the item to the same state back from where it was purchased. We highly recommend purchase from same state to ensure quick warranty services.
